The CPD (Continuing Professional Development in Mongolia) Project selects Mongolian professors who are capable of training the local medical staff, subjects them to practical trainings which can be utilized for diagnosis and treatment- e.g. discussions based on real clinical cases, collaborative examinations, CPR practice, CT diagnosis using a computer and so on-, then directs the professors to educate the Mongolian medical staff in order to focus on the medical independence of Mongolia.
